Workshop dispatch estimates, tracked delivery information and what to do if a Pixel Wizards parcel is delayed.
Products are made to order and the typical workshop dispatch estimate is 7–10 working days. Delivery time starts after dispatch and is separate from production time.
Available destinations, tracked delivery services, prices and estimates are shown at checkout. Tracking is supplied where included with the selected service, and customers should contact the workshop if a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged.
