Customers may cancel eligible standard-product orders and request returns within the periods described in the full interactive policy. Contact Pixel Wizards before returning an item so the correct instructions and return address can be provided.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty goods should be reported promptly with the order reference and useful photographs. Personalised and made-to-specification products may have different cancellation and return rights unless they are faulty.
