Important approval, production, cancellation and returns terms for personalised and custom 3D prints.
Custom and personalised work begins only after the scope, material, price, production estimate and any necessary proof or design details have been agreed.
Once production of a made-to-specification item has started, cancellation rights may be limited. Pixel Wizards will still put right custom goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or do not match the agreed specification.
